Shelley 

Shelley is the deputy manager within the nursery. I have known Shelley for many years. Shelley has worked in my childminding setting for over a year before we opened the nursery. She lives with her husband and their youngest two children. We have opened a Nursery, that is flourishing and has a waiting list. Shelley has her 12 hour paediatric First Aid, and has completed her NVQ L3 in 2024, she has L3 in Safeguarding, Food safety and Hygiene, DSL and many more as she is also registered with Noodle now training. Shelley just loves talking, reading books, making up adventure stories and singing songs with all the children. The children adore her and the lovely creative activities she engages with them. Shelley‘s knows a lot of parents at the local school, where we do the wrap around care for.

Kayleigh

I have known Kayleigh for just under 10 years. She is our third in command. She is loud and our little pocket rocket as you will all find out. She is enthusiastic, patient, fun and does everything with a smile on her face. She has childcare qualifications including a GCSE in Child development and BTEC level 3 national diploma in Children’s play, learning and development, 12 hour paediatric, Safeguarding, Food Allergy. She is a member of Noodle Now training and has successfully completed a lot more childcare related training courses since joining my team. Her experience has grown over the years while working with the children from 3 months – 11 years giving her the opportunity to influence their lives while learning.

Gill

Gill has been working in schools for 11 years, and has brought a lot of experience with her. She is our DSL. Gill lives with her husband and youngest child. Gill met her husband Keith while at Judo, where Gill is a 4th Dan black belt. Gill has her 12 hour paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Food hygiene and many more certificates, she is also registered with Noodle now training. She has the children’s interests at heart and supports their development and skills with fun and exciting activities.

Tiarna

Tiarna has worked in our nursery since July 2024 and works in our local pub for many years, while also running her own eye lash business. Tiarna went to collect, concentrating on her photography and media skills. Tiarna has singed up to studying for her NVQ 2 Childcare and keeps up to date with her first aid, safeguarding and other training, as she is also a member of Noodle now. She loves helping develop the nursery with her caring knowledge and skills she has learned from growing up within my childminding business. 

Natasha

Natasha is one of our younger members of staff, she has been working in childcare for a couple of months. She has her DBS and waiting to sit her first aid training. She has been added to Noodle Now training courses and has completed safeguarding, child protection, working with babies, sleeping babies and a lot of them. She has fun engaging with the children in our care, building their relationships, confidence, playing and developing their skills, while over coming any new challenges.

Eloise

Eloise has been part of our team since June 2024. She is very artistic and loves sharing this with the children, often encouraging them to explore their creativity through a variety of activities. Eloise has enrolled to complete her NVQ L3 in early years and has also begun Noodle Now training courses to continue developing her skills. She has completed her First Aid training and already holds an NVQ L3 as a Teaching Assistant. 

Kim

Kim has been part of our team since January 2025 working with our early years age 3/4 and is also our playworker for the older school children. She really enjoys getting involved with the children, especially when it comes to football, fun and challenging games. Kim brings lot’s of energy and enthusiasm to the role, and the children love joining in with the activities she leads. 

She has recently enrolled to complete her NVQ L3 and has also been added to Noodle Now training courses to continue developing her skills. Kim has already completed her First Aid training along with several other courses, showing her commitment to learning and supporting the children in the best way possible.

Bobbie

Bobbie has worked with us since September 2025. She previously worked as a teaching assistant in a primary school and has settled in really well, with both the staff and the children. Bobbie has enrolled to complete her NVQ L3 and has also been added to the Noodle Now training courses. She has enrolled to update her First Aid training and has already completed several courses, including Safeguarding, FGM, Sleeping Babies, Food Hygiene, and many others. 

Millie

Millie has been part of our team since October 2025. She has a great sense of humour and lots of energy, and as our youngest team member she brings a wonderful enthusiasm to the setting. Millie works closely with the 3-4 year old children, helping to build their confidence and supporting them as they prepare for the exciting milestone of starting primary school. She is keen to continue developing her skills and has enrolled to complete her NVQ 2. Millie has also been added to the Noodle Now training and has completed several courses including safeguarding, FGM, Food Hygiene, and many more. She has also enrolled for her First Aid training as part of her ongoing professional development.
